The closest airport is PWM (Portland International Jetport). This is about ~10 minutes to downtown Portland where all the hotels are!
Additionally you can fly into BOS (Boston Logan Airport) and take a bus directly from the airport to Portland. This bus is about 2 hours and lands you about a 10 minute uber from downtown Portland.
The Manchester Boston airport is about a 3 hour and 20 minute bus ride to Portland, or an hour and 45 minute drive

The Westin is located right in the heart of the arts district and makes all of Portland extremely walkable - bonus is that it is only 2 blocks from Another Round.
